Saskatoon-based artist Ed Pas has been doing some very interesting writing about the status of the City's involvement with the proposed Mendel Art Gallery expansions and how art gallery admission fees might intersect with this. Bet they'll notice that people are a bit put off by that price. It's not exactly cheap!
